Your participation in the Task Force will help ensure that California’s agriculture community has access to the support it needs in its fight against rural crime. Annual dues are $100.00 per agency or business entity due in February. The Task Force meets quarterly in different locations throughout California and representatives and agents of member agencies and businesses are encouraged to attend. There is a $35 meeting fee for each attendee that attends the quarterly meeting. The CRCPTF has a grant available to potential members and Law Enforcement Officers to attend meetings.

Networking, The Task Force provides a network of law enforcement personnel, and industry partners who are willing to share prevention programs, ideas, talents, and expertise in an effort to protect our agricultural industry.
Specialized Crime Prevention Training
The Task Force offers training not only at the annual Rural Crime School but also during each quarterly meeting. Information Sharing Through our website, meetings and email bulletins, the Task Force keeps its members up-to-date on the latest tools available, as well as, the legal aspects of crime prevention that may impact the membership. The sharing of these best practices helps our agencies to continue to be efficient and effective in our approach to dealing with rural crime.
Regulatory Partners
Federal and state agents working in the agricultural field are encouraged to become members as they also deal first hand with the issues related to agricultural crimes.
Industry Partners
Our industry partners include Agricultural businesses, dairymen, farmers, ranchers equipment dealers, livestock auction houses, feed stores, financial institutions and others operating industries tied to the agricultural industry can assist law enforcement by becoming educated and involved in rural crime prevention, reporting issues and adopting best practices to prevent such crimes.
